Some services require you to create an account on academy.sentinelvault.net. When you create an account:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
3.1 Sentinel Weekly Subscriptions
- Sentinel Weekly is sold as an annual subscription on a per-seat basis
- A "seat" entitles one named individual to access the training for the subscription period
- Seats are not transferable between individuals without administrator action
- The number of seats purchased determines how many employees can enroll
3.2 Pricing and Billing
- Prices are listed on sentinelvault.net/sentinel-weekly and are subject to change
- Subscriptions are billed annually in advance via Stripe
- All prices are in U.S. dollars
- You are responsible for applicable taxes
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
3.4 Refund Policy
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Sentinel Weekly, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
- After 30 days: Refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Prorated refunds are not offered for partial-year cancellations after the 30-day window.
